HOW TO VOTE

BALLOT DROP BOX VOTING
  • Fill out the ballot mailed to you with ballpoint pen

  • Sign the back of the ballot envelope

  • Print your name, email and address

  • Can can drop your ballot in the ballot drop box locations below: 

 

  • Santa Cruz County Clerk - 701 Ocean St, Room 310

    • Directions: Look in front of the building across from the main entrance along the curb on the left side of the driveway.

  • Santa Cruz City Public Parking -  212 Church St.

    • Directions: Drive into the parking lot entrance, go all the way around to the drop box.

  • UC Santa Cruz Quarry Plaza - 420 Hagar Dr.

    • Directions: Look along the front of the bookstore, between the two entrance doors.

  • NOTE: As of Thursday, October 29th, it is suggested that you not mail in your ballot, as it is unclear if it will make it to the County Clerk in time to be counted. 

  • Fill out the ballot mailed to you with ballpoint pen

  • Sign the back of the ballot envelope

  • Print your name, email and address

  • The safest way to mail your ballot is by dropping it off in a secure USPS mail box.

    • You can leave it in your mailbox as well.​

  • Ballots must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 3 to be valid.
